We want you to love your purchase and feel supported on your healing journey. Because each product is handcrafted in small batches with care, we ask that you review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and fair experience for both of us.

Our return and refund window is 30 days from delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include a proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Herbal teas, body care items, or any item that has come in contact with skin
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7โ€“10 business days. Please note that:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be reduced by the cost of return shipping if we provide a return label
  • Items returned that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be refunded

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue at support@uwemayaya.com.

Approved exchange items must be unused, sealed, and returned within 14 days of approval.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card once your return is approved. If the gift was not marked or shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Refund Abuse & Fraud Notice

To protect our small business from refund fraud and abuse, we reserve the right to refuse returns or limit refunds at our discretion. Multiple refund requests from the same customer, inconsistent claims, or use of items prior to return may result in disqualification from future purchases.
